Job description
As our Project Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operational and administrative execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish. In this role, you will manage project planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, change management, and coordination across the project team and all trade partners.
 
You will work closely with superintendents, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on project goals, resolve field and design challenges, and ensure all work complies with contracts, drawings, and specifications. You will oversee documentation, budgets, risk mitigation, and communication to keep the project progressing on time and within scope.
 
Experienced project managers may lead multiple phases of a project, mentor assistant project managers, support preconstruction activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.
 
Successful project managers in this role excel at communication, coordination, and proactive problem‑solving while maintaining a clear focus on schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.

Your Background

  • Previous project management experience on healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day project operations, documentation, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, contract knowledge, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic project environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
