Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare digitalization projects. The ideal candidate will have over five years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare digitalization projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT teams, and regulatory bodies, to align project goals and expectations.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to ensure effective use of resources.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-project evaluations, to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare digitalization projects.

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.

• Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a healthcare setting.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
