To support the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Bangalore a dynamic and motivated Project Manager – Traction Power Systems - SHIN.

Requirements

·       Responsible for the realisation of customers projects for our traction substation activity

·       Organise and manage all the tasks related to the project including team project follow up

·       Ensure material delivery in accordance with the customer contract (quality, cost, delay and performance)

. Accountable for constant communication with your client during the project

·       3 years successful experience as project manager in electrical field (power distribution, renewable energy, electrical equipment, electrical machine, railway, traction power, etc.) (preferred) . Railway or traction power experience a plus.

 Qualification and Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical systems, with a strong background in electrical engineering.

Skills:

• Ability to be a team leader as well as a team player
• Contract management, understanding of legal terms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to work independently and as part of a team, interacting with international colleagues (mainly Europe).
• Knowledge and proficiency in ERP tools (Oracle is a plus).
• Capacity to adapt to customer’s agendas
