Job Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end consumer electronics product development, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver quality, compliant, cost-effective launches on schedule. Drive planning, execution, documentation, and continuous improvement across hardware, software, packaging, testing, and supply chain.

• Planning, overseeing and leading new product development (consumer electronics – computer & mobile accessories) delivered on time to the agreed quality standard and cost

• Responsible for the entire product development cycle, until it reaches the market, including hardware development, software development, packing design, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain

• Leading project planning sessions, managing project progress and adapt work as required

• Ensuring projects meet deadlines, overseeing cost & all incoming and outgoing project documentation

• Conducting project review, optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

Pre-Requisites :

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or other related discipline

• Minimum 8 years project management experience in project manager, product development or engineering 

• Experience within the consumer electronics industry would be advantageous

• Experience in working with manufactures, supplier and external resources to achieve project goals

• Self-starter who has shown track records in delivering phenomenal products to the market

• Experience and good knowledge in hardware development, packing design, software development, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain is an advantage

• Able to work in a fast paced environment independently and as a team

• Willing to travel for business

• Preferably with related experience in consumer electronics industry 

• Requires Mandarin language proficiency for business communication and PMP certification is an advantage
