1. Take overall charge of the whole process of production projects, including project initiation, plan formulation, implementation and final acceptance; comprehensively control project progress, cost, quality and safety.

2. Coordinate R&D, production, procurement, quality, supply chain and external suppliers, allocate resources, and resolve cross-departmental problems in production.

3. Formulate project production plans and milestone targets, follow up pilot production, production ramp-up and mass delivery to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

4. Identify project risks, predict abnormalities in production capacity, materials and processes in advance, formulate rectification and emergency plans, and control project cost and loss.

5. Compile weekly, monthly and final project reports, follow up customer demands and feedback, and be responsible for customer docking, technical communication and project acceptance.

6. Complete other temporary project tasks assigned by superiors.

7. College degree or above, major in chemical、Material, Industrial Engineering,  is preferred.

8. At least 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing enterprises; candidates with experience in mass production, new product introduction and process projects are preferred.

9. Familiar with production procedures, supply chain processes, pilot production and mass production introduction; able to independently make project plans and control milestones.

10. Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination ability, on-site problem-solving skills, proficient in schedule follow-up, risk assessment and cost control.

11. Proficient in Office software and Gantt chart making; familiar with ISO quality system, APQP and PPAP is a plus.

12. Rigorous, responsible and high execution capability, able to work under pressure; willing to work on production site and take short-term business trips when necessary.
