Project Manager

Tasks include but not limited to: 

-- Manages multiple, concurrent financial and business operations projects 

-- Builds and manages forecast and budgets 

-- Understands the business side 

-- Project integration -- Builds project resource plans 

-- Builds from scratch and manages project plans using MS Project 

-- Works with IT and business -- Run meetings -- Manages and runs weekly reporting status 

-- Works with AGILE, SCRUM and Waterfall SDLC Methodology 

-- Determines project tasks and develop project plans 

-- Track, update and monitor projects 

-- Works with upper management, gives presentations, etc. 

-- Budgeting and project costs -- Runs steering committee meetings 

-- Project documentation 

-- Ensure project completion on time and on budget 

-- Works with vendors 

-- Mentor team members Skills: 

-- 7+ years of experience in Project Management 

-- Must have strong background in Financials, Investments, Brokers, Financial Firms 

-- Strong experience with business operations and financial driven projects 

-- MS Project A Plus: 

-- PMI, PMP Methodology and principles 

-- PMO, Project Management Office experience Certifications A Plus: 

-- PMP Certified
