Job Summary  

Results-driven Project Manager with experience leading cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, patient care outcomes, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance. Skilled in project planning, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, data analysis, risk management, and change implementation. Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, monitor performance metrics, and drive successful project execution in complex healthcare environments. Adept at collaborating with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic goals and deliver measurable results. 

 

Essential Job Functions  

  • Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise 

  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables. 

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of healthcare projects to support organizational goals and strategic initiatives. 

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones. 

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and barriers, and implement corrective actions to maintain project success. 

  • Analyze healthcare data, performance metrics, and operational trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. 

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. 

  • Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure efficient project delivery. 

  • Facilitate meetings, communicate project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. 

  • Contribute information and recommendations to strategic planning, operational reviews, and organizational improvement initiatives. 

  • Prepare and execute action plans to achieve operational, quality, compliance, and performance objectives. 

  • Support the implementation of productivity, quality assurance, patient safety, and customer service standards. 

  • Conduct audits, evaluate processes, identify trends, and recommend system and workflow improvements. 

  • Lead change management initiatives to support process enhancements, technology implementations, and organizational transformation. 

  • Organize and prioritize daily project activities to align with departmental and organizational objectives. 

  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that improve healthcare operations, patient experience, and service delivery. 

  • Monitor project outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals, regulatory requirements, and quality standards are achieved. 

  • Foster collaboration among healthcare providers, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project execution. 

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and industry best practices throughout project activities. 

 

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Industrial Engineer, Business, Healthcare, or related field).  

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management or program coordination.  

  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Planner).

  • Collaboration and problem-solving.  

 

Preferred Experience & Skills 

  • Experience in healthcare or service-based organizations.  

  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

  • Experience creating presentations and visual materials.
