Project Manager

Scope of the job:

• Management of project workstreams.
• Cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, divisional and regional product management, and service.
• Global stakeholder engagement; travel flexibility required.

To succeed, you will need

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
• Recognized Project/Programme Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM PMQ) or equivalent experience is recommended but not necessary.
• Working in global team environments.
• Familiarity with PCP.
• Good understanding of Project planning, resource and risk management, budget control.
• Strong communication skills, Written and Verbal Fluency in English is plus.
• Commercial awareness, Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Role and responsibility includes:

• Plan, Support and coordinate the delivery of NPI projects ($5–10M+), ensuring adherence to agreed specifications, timescales, and budgets.
• Coordinate and Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams (typically 10–30 members).
• Develop and maintain cross-functional project plans (WBS), resource allocation, and scheduling of assigned project (s).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; maintain RAID logs.
• Ensure compliance with PCP, company standards, and external regulations.
• Report any impact on project budgets, costs, and business cases.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
• A successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the complete workstream of Field Trial Management of Genesis Programme as an initial workstream management.
