Required:
• 4 Years Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
• 4 Years of Skill in project management principles and practices
• 4 Years of Skill and experience in business analysis methodologies
• 4 Years of Ability to communicate effectively
• 4 Years of Ability to understand the relationship between technical requirements and business processes and the interfaces required with existing software applications and hardware systems
• 4 Years of Ability to write test cases with customer input
• 4 Years of Ability to lead and monitor testing
• 4 Years of Ability to report on testing results including any analysis

Preferred:
• 4 Years of Skill and experience in analyzing and evaluating complex information technology programs, policies, and issues
• 4 Years of Experience and skill in preparing and documenting and analyzing functional and technical specifications
• 4 Years of Experience and ability working on process improvement projects that incorporated technology as part of the solution
• 4 Years of Ability to analyze and interpret technical information, including regulations, policies, and automation system documentation/specifications
• 4 Years of Ability to communicate in writing; to translate user/business needs into a technical style
• 4 Years of Ability to analyze, evaluate and integrate business rules into system requirements
