Project Manager

The Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager, Client Delivery, with 2+ years of experience in an agency or corporate setting (pharma/biotech experience is a plus). In this role, you’ll lead projects end-to-end, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum from kickoff through delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
• Build and manage timelines, workflows, and project plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep teams aligned and moving forward
• Translate client needs into actionable plans
• Proactively identify risks and keep projects on track
• Ensure every decision support project’s success and client outcome

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
• 2+ years of project management experience (agency experience preferred)
• Pharma or biotech experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities
• Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• High energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach
• Ability to motivate and guide teams
