About the role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the successful delivery of projects while embracing the dynamic nature of the work, no two days are the same! You are empowered to lead and make key project decisions whilst building a highly skilled team.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee technical review, engineering, administration, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, QHSE planning and compliance, and cost control activities. 
  • Ensure project adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. 
  • Manage project scheduling and resource allocation to meet project deadlines. 
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 
  • Promote a positive company culture and uphold CB Civil's values and standards. 
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to foster professional growth and development. 

 

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of 10 years of civil construction experience. 
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in civil engineering is essential. 
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams, delivering projects on time and within budget. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to interpret and apply contracts. 
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
