Job Description:

 

We are seeking a Project Manager with over 10 years of experience and strong expertise in Agile methodologies and project management practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of project delivery including planning, tracking, backlog management, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Track and manage daily project activities, ensuring alignment with goals and deliverables.
• Oversee and manage the product backlog and Continuous Improvement (CI) log.
• Facilitate issue and risk tracking, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
• Manage and document requirements tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Drive Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technical environments.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Proven experience in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in managing CI logs, risks, issues, and requirements tracking.
• Certified in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) and/or PMP.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Background in software development or technical delivery is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
