Job Description:

·         Solutions-oriented IT professional excelling at managing projects, experienced in collaborating with geographically distributed project teams in multiple locations in the United States, & India and deploying technology to build successful solutions for clients using Agile and/or traditional Waterfall methodologies.

·         Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.

·      Work with clients to define and initiate projects, and manage cost, schedule, and performance, while working to ensure the success and acceptance of the project.

·      Creative thinker and analytical problem-solver with demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through execution/completion under the pressure of fast-paced, time-sensitive environments on time and within budget.

·      Strong analytical & quantitative skills, problem resolution, meeting deadlines consistently, excellent written & verbal communication skills, offshore coordination, highly motivated, ability to work independently and collaborate proactively across teams.

·      Experience in IT Industry with expertise in Microsoft technologies. Highly skilled in architecting, designing and developing enterprise level scalable, high available and high performing applications using Microsoft.

·      Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) experience: Requirements gathering, Object oriented analysis and design, Identifying the Infrastructure and Technology solution stack, best suited for the application, Prototyping the Proof of Concept, Setting up the standards and Best design and coding practices, Development, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing, Debugging, Performance tuning, Installation, Deployment & Support.

• Formal education level: Bachelor's Degree.
• Extensive computer knowledge and experience.
• Hands-on .Net/SQL coding exp.
• 5-8 years of Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience implementing new technologies.
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite projects, specifically Microsoft Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience into Onsite/Offshore business mode.
• Demonstrated superior customer relationship and communication skills.
