Project Manager (3C/Automation Equipment)-Chinese/English Bilingual

1. Participate in discussions with the R&D team, organize and propose the DFM plan;

2. Initiate project filing, establish the project team, set goals, and arrange the plan;

3. Lead project reviews (before, during, and after the project), promote improvements;

4. Prepare for sample production, control the progress;

5. Lead on-site verification, provide on-site support and management;

6. Collect, organize, and improve the problem points of fixtures or equipment;

7. Execute the delivery plan, handle abnormal situations, and provide feedback;

8. Conduct pre-sales communication, track after-sales issues, and handle customer complaints.

Requirements

1. College degree or above, graduated from a major in mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science or English;

2. At least three years of working experience, with experience in equipment or the 3C industry, and English can be used as the working language;

3. Possess good communication skills, project management skills, execution ability, and excellent organizational and coordination skills.
