Project Management Specialist

We are working on a long-term project for a big SEO company, which has built a custom platform to manage all their business processes. Every day hundreds of freelancers work on various tasks in this platform and our client needs the help of a highly enthusiastic and responsible Project Management Specialist to manage orders, tasks and freelancers better.

• Coordinate activities, resources and information
• Coordinate and manage a team of freelancers and distribute work packages
• Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Monitor and coordinate work packages delivery
• Report daily to the Team Lead
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports

• Experience as a Project Manager or similar role will be considered as an advantage
• Fluency in English is a must
• Fluency in Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian or other popular language will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to work in a time-critical environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
