Responsibilities:

1. Assist in coordinating client projects across multiple solutions to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery.

2. Support project tracking and monitoring by maintaining and updating project status, timelines, and action items in internal trackers.

3. Attend client and internal meetings to take structured meeting notes, summarise key discussions, and track follow-up actions.

4. Assist in preparing and standardising project documentation, including project scope, implementation plans, and handover documents.

5. Assist in preparing weekly project summaries, highlighting progress, risks, and outstanding issues.

6. Deliver case study for key clients.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related fields.

2. Strong interest in project management, operations, or client-facing roles.

3. Good organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

4. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to summarise information clearly and concisely.

5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.

7. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

8. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to support communication with clients and internal teams.
