Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of Information technology experience

Preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management from Delivery & support in Service operations.
• At least 5 years of experience Incident Management, Resolving Service Requests, Environment Monitoring, Building Knowledge Repository
• Experience in working with dependent/ external teams for new requests
• Operations improvement by defining telemetry standards, continuous improvement capability through reduction in ticket volumes and productivity loss.
• Reporting ticket trends for effective Project management
• Should be able to mentor team members and unblock team on technical issues
• Should own and strive to achieve team’s productivity and delivery timelines
• Experience in Agile working Methodology.
• Experience in estimating effort using any of the standard estimation techniques.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
