We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Management – Architecture professional to support the successful delivery of architectural and design projects while strengthening strategic client relationships. The role combines 60% project and design management responsibilities with 40% business development and client relationship management responsibilities.

Project & Design Management (60%)

• Work closely with the Design Manager to manage client expectations throughout project execution.

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client and team communication.

• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Proactively identify risks, delays, and anomalies and escalate to senior leadership.

• Support design production teams with project coordination and resource planning.

• Maintain project documentation and reporting.

• Coordinate meetings and ensure project objectives are achieved.

Client Relations & Business Management (40%)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers.

• Build understanding of client organizational structures, including project allocation, contracts, procurement, and finance teams.

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within existing client accounts.

• Manage contract-related communications and support negotiations.

• Monitor contract status and compliance requirements.

• Follow up on invoicing and payment collection.

• Lead and coordinate tender preparation and submission activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Design Management, or related discipline preferred.

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in transport / metro related projects

• Experience managing client-facing architectural or design projects.

• International project experience is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator.

Language Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and English (mandatory).

• Cantonese is an advantage.
