Job Overview
Project Management Analyst is a role with a strong execution foundation and broader business support exposure. The role provides day-to-day support to project leaders and team operations, including project tracking, documentation, financial administration, coordination, and reporting, while also contributing to data-driven analysis, business reviews, process enhancement, and selected market or commercial research activities. This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to combine disciplined execution with practical business insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project trackers, schedules, milestone updates, dashboards, and core documentation to support accurate project oversight and timely execution.
  • Support project leaders in managing risks, issues, action items, and follow-ups, while helping translate project data into clear status reporting and actionable insights.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, status updates, and presentation materials, and support effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage project-related administrative and financial processes, including purchase orders, invoices, expenses, reconciliation, and supporting documentation, with strong attention to accuracy and compliance.
  • Support resource tracking, change control, and reporting activities to improve visibility on scope, schedule, cost, utilization, and delivery progress.
  • Monitor project and business performance data, consolidate inputs from multiple sources, and assist in preparing reports or analyses for management review and decision-making.
  • Conduct targeted research and data gathering to support business planning, operational reviews, market understanding, or ad hoc strategic discussions led by the manager.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team workflows, reporting practices, and coordination processes, and support implementation of practical process improvements.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training compliance, system access, filing quality, and other operational activities to ensure smooth team execution and readiness.
  • Maintain accurate updates in relevant systems and support internal reviews or audits as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences, business, management, economics, or a related field.
  • Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, business analysis, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detail accuracy, and follow through on routine and ad hoc tasks.
  • Good analytical capability, including data collection, consolidation, interpretation, and presentation of findings.
  • Solid administrative and financial discipline, especially in handling purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and project documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams and functions in a fast-paced environment.
