Project Lead/SR (29517)

IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Project Lead/SR to join our customer in Phoenix, AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. -Installation and initial configuration and customization of the application in various environments
-Provide technical implementation and design leadership to clients for the product suite.
-Participate in the implementation planning, application design, configuration, training, and prototyping phases of the project.
-Provide technical application reviews and other add-on services.
-Support change management – process and tools
-Support and improve tools for continuous integration, automated testing and release management
-Design, document and code product set-up configuration templates
-Design, document and code data conversions templates
-Manage and perform Product Installations
-Manage and perform Data Conversion - determine the scope of the data conversion
-Identify  and review the data conversion import templates
-Develop export process to map and transform data from existing systems
-Define need for User Defined data and create User Defined Data properties
-Identify any Systems for integration
-Define data elements for integration, rules for data exchange
-Development of 3rd party integration as identified

Must have at least 5+ years experience in the K – 12 education product suite
-Hands-on, and direct experience with installation and implementation of software applications and tools
-Solid Release Process Fundamentals and Best Practices
-Ability to effectively communicate in verbal & written formats, including articulation of clients' business challenges
-Strong ability to interact with various stakeholders – IT and Business
-Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
-Ability to prepare & present clear technical analysis
-Ability to self-manage and provide direction in all aspects of installation and implementation
