• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience leading projects, teams, and/or engineering development efforts
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
