What You'll Be Doing:
As an experienced Project Engineer, you will work on site/civil engineering and land development projects, with a focus on Commercial and Residential Projects. This person will actively participate in the growth of our firm.
Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices.
- Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects.
Project Lifecycle Management:
- Take projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution.
- Manage and coordinate various aspects of project development.
Permitting and Entitlements:
- Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies.
- Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process.
- Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.
Client Relationship and Company Growth:
- Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance our company's profile and foster relationships with existing and future clients and governmental agencies.
- Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure Required
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.
