Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Architecture) to support a large-scale mission-critical infrastructure project in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with project stakeholders and contribute to the delivery of a high-profile development.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of architectural and building works.
• Review materials, workmanship, and installation quality.
• Identify and report non-conformance issues and monitor corrective actions.
• Participate in site meetings and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and progress reports.
• Support quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction, or related field.
• Registered with LAM or relevant professional body is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project experience.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, local regulations, and site inspection practices.
• Experience in data centre, industrial, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
