Project Director (SP)

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Project Director to join their team. JASARA inspires a solutions-based approach in order to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030 and bring visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project team, including engineers, designers, and staff
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specifications
• Provide regular project updates to the senior leadership team and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• With 20+ years experience delivering complicated steel frame structures/bridges with value exceeding SAR1bn and strong knowledge of structural steel design, construction staging analysis and steel erection.
• Experience of ACP cladding and large LED screens optional.
• The Project Director will manage a team of 10 direct staff, construction supervision team and 3 contractors. (Main Contractor, Steel contractor and LED contractor)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's construction industry, regulations, and standards is preferred
