💡 CENSUS is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team in Athens. This hybrid internship is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual seeking practical experience in project coordination, project governance, and PMO operations.
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and PMO leaders, you will support operational and project-related activities, help maintain project documentation and records, assist with project tracking and reporting, and contribute to the successful delivery of key projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Support
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager for projects and major programs such as Piraeus, Printec, Workable, and UAE based projects.
Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing project activities.
Support Project Managers with project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
Follow up on action items, risks, and dependencies.
Assist in project initiation activities (e.g., documentation, approvals, prerequisites).
Ensure that all required templates and tools are in place for project teams.
- Time Tracking & Compliance
Support the Project Managers with the tracking and monitoring of resource time allocation across projects.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets by project resources.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in time reporting and escalate as needed.
Assist in generating time utilization and reporting dashboards.
- General PMO Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the PMO.
Contribute to ad hoc requests from PMO leadership and project managers.
Maintain centralized repositories for project artifacts.
Support with travel logistics, IT requests and other project related requests.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Basic understanding of project management methodologies is advantageous.
