Job description

 

Seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a fast paced Network Infrastructure Labs organization. In this role, you will partner with cross functional teams to coordinate project execution, manage project documentation, track milestones, and ensure key deliverables remain on schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex technical projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and driving operational excellence in a large scale technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end to end project intake activities for Network Infrastructure Labs.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies), and other project documentation.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables across multiple workstreams and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and distribute project communications, including weekly status reports, milestone updates, and decision logs.
  • Support recurring governance meetings, project reviews, and escalation of project risks when appropriate.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and cross functional teams to maintain consistent project processes and documentation.
  • Assist with budgeting activities and project tracking for data center lab initiatives.
  • Maintain project trackers, templates, documentation repositories, and reporting dashboards.
  • Utilize project management and productivity tools to support planning, reporting, and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, or project support.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating project status updates, maintaining documentation, and tracking action items.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, including Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides/PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting networking, infrastructure, data center, or lab environments.
  • Familiarity with project budgeting and procurement processes.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Previous experience supporting projects within a large scale technology organization.
