Project Coordinator - Healthcare/Medical

• Must have experience managing/coordinating projects related to healthcare.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years Coordinator experience
• Assists with management of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the development project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.
• Able to document project management deliverables such as WBS, roles & responsibilities, meeting minutes, action items; contributes to development and lead on maintenance of detailed project plan to include milestones, Tasks, and target/actual dates of completion.
• Able to successfully manage a small project or defined sub-project within a larger project using a prescribed approach.
• Develops process workflows as it relates to assigned projects and/or to support internal process improvement Initiatives, with appropriate guidance.

Intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft applications:

• MS Project
• MS Word (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Visio
• SharePoint
• Intermediate proficiency in SharePoint (Track Issues, Risks, Decisions, Action Items via SharePoint)

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
