The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination and execution of SABR 3rd party contracts and consulting agreements as needed. This includes establishing and facilitating short and long term vendor business relationships through contract development and negotiation. The Project Coordinator will work with Project Managers to mediate contract disagreements to facilitate swift resolution. The Project Coordinator creates various contractual documents such as confidential disclosure agreements, master service agreements, master consulting agreements, and fair market value assessments. The Project Coordinator may interface with BIIB legal, BIIB Corporate Compliance, and both internal and external stakeholders as necessary to facilitate and ensure full execution of these documents. The Project Coordinator uploads all fully executed documentation into the 'Selectica' database. 


The Project Coordinator is responsible for collection (from line manager) and data entry of SABR resource estimates in the resource management tool, PDP. The Project Coordinator performs forecasted entries into PDP on a regular schedule and is also responsible for interim updates to the PDP system, as necessary. The Project Coordinator provides status updates and customized resourcing reports to the Associate Director, Project Management, as necessary. 


The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Project Managers on various projects such as but not limited, filing, product launches and regulatory commitments as needed.


Experience with Purchase Order is must for this position
