Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team focused on AI Projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating project planning, execution and completion within specified deadlines and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and crowd resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple AI project management activities.
• Work with Project Manager to prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.
• Monitor, track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to crowd resources.
• Ensure project requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
