We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Energy and Industrial team to provide project support to senior leadership and the broader team across a variety of complex projects, including working for a major iron ore producer.

In this position you will join our Resources team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'Bring Ideas to Life' for our clients in the Resource industry.

  • Coordinating meetings, minute taking, formatting of reports and document preparation

  • Provide project support on brownfields and iron ore projects

  • Organise and manage comprehensive diaries, travel, accommodation and events 

  • Screening emails, responding and/or actioning as required 

  • Liaising with the senior leadership team and external stakeholders demonstrating confidentiality  

  • Prepare and review documents including presentations, emails, reports, and agendas  

  • General administration duties (monthly expense reconciliation and claims, electronic filing, management of intranet page content, management of email group lists etc

What can you bring to the team?

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Project Administration role

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and problem solve issues as they arise

  • Must possess a strong technical aptitude, be adept at working under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment

  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Suite

  • Excellent capability to engage with internal and external stakeholders

  • Be highly organised and proactive
