Key Responsibilities

Document Control

  • Maintain project document control systems in line with company and client requirements.

  • Manage document lifecycle activities including registration, distribution, revision control, tracking, and archiving.

  • Ensure accurate version control, document registers, transmittals, and compliance with project procedures.

  • Coordinate document submissions between project teams, clients, and vendors.

  • Prepare handover documentation, including O&M manuals and project dossiers.

  • Administer document management systems such as SharePoint, Aconex, or TeamBinder.

Project Coordination

  • Support Project Managers by tracking deliverables, milestones, and documentation deadlines.

  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and client feedback.

  • Manage vendor documentation requirements and follow up on outstanding submissions.

  • Assist with project reporting, KPI tracking, and maintaining project records.

About You

  • Experience in document control within engineering, construction, industrial, EPC, or OEM environments.

  • Strong understanding of document control processes, revision management, and transmittals.

  • Experience with document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder, or similar).

  • Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation accurately.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
