Key Responsibilities
Document Control
Maintain project document control systems in line with company and client requirements.
Manage document lifecycle activities including registration, distribution, revision control, tracking, and archiving.
Ensure accurate version control, document registers, transmittals, and compliance with project procedures.
Coordinate document submissions between project teams, clients, and vendors.
Prepare handover documentation, including O&M manuals and project dossiers.
Administer document management systems such as SharePoint, Aconex, or TeamBinder.
Project Coordination
Support Project Managers by tracking deliverables, milestones, and documentation deadlines.
Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and client feedback.
Manage vendor documentation requirements and follow up on outstanding submissions.
Assist with project reporting, KPI tracking, and maintaining project records.
About You
Experience in document control within engineering, construction, industrial, EPC, or OEM environments.
Strong understanding of document control processes, revision management, and transmittals.
Experience with document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder, or similar).
Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
