Project Control and Scheduler (Wawa)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

•  Master's in Project Management or Engineering

• Primavera P6 Certification or equivalent scheduling tool proficiency

• At least 10 years of experience, with minimum 5 years in dam or hydro scheduling and controls.

• Experience supporting claims management and contract administration through scheduling data

• Develop and maintain baseline, updated, and look-ahead schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Ensure the schedule reflects realistic resource planning, construction sequencing, and HSE-critical activities.

• Analyze schedule variances, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective measures.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) including S-curves, earned value metrics, and critical path analyses.

• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of timelines

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies in civil, hydraulic, and geotechnical engineering

• Ability to perform critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and what-if scenarios
