Key Responsibilities:

•Define and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with IRS strategic goals.

•Oversee Agile product development, refining backlog items and prioritizing user stories.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product vision, acceptance criteria, and business cases.

•Implement performance monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance product delivery.

•Manage cross-team coordination to facilitate timely releases and iterative development cycles.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or related field.

•Minimum of ten years of demonstrated experience on agile methodology and principles. Expert of roadmap and solution planning. Strong skills in product planning, product support, and engagement with stakeholders.

•Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

•Advanced critical thinking capabilities.

•Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Scaled Agile Academy. Familiar with acceleration steps or procedures in working with IT and business partners.

•Preferred experience with processing systems and tools.

Employment Type:

•Full Time, on-site at client’s location. Occasional travel to other facilities may be required.

Security Clearance:

•Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Active MBI clearance in good standing preferred.

•U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident required.

Salary range: $125,000 - $132,000 per year
