Manages large, multifaceted projects by driving planning, execution, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes within established constraints.

Manages large, multifaceted projects by driving planning, execution, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes within established constraints.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and directs large scale, major strategic projects or initiatives within the department or business unit including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design.
- Provides leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of business and technology projects.
- Effectively collaborates with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess alternatives, and present solutions to business challenges.
- Builds business cases and project justifications.
- Develops and maintains parameters for project requirements.
- Researches and evaluates available contractors and consultants.
- Proactively monitors team member and internal/outside contractor performance, progress and completion of work.
- Manages related workforce planning, budget analysis, and budget forecasts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
