Primary Purpose
Manages large, multifaceted projects by driving planning, execution, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes within established constraints.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages and directs large scale, major strategic projects or initiatives within the department or business unit including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design.
  • Provides leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of business and technology projects.
  • Effectively collaborates with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess alternatives, and present solutions to business challenges.
  • Builds business cases and project justifications.
  • Develops and maintains parameters for project requirements.
  • Researches and evaluates available contractors and consultants.
  • Proactively monitors team member and internal/outside contractor performance, progress and completion of work.
  • Manages related workforce planning, budget analysis, and budget forecasts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
