Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Grafana / BI Visualization Specialist to design and deliver visually compelling, mobile-first dashboards for business stakeholders and C-suite leadership. The role focuses on dashboard design, visualization best practices, and building executive-ready insights using Grafana and BI platforms. The candidate will ensure dashboards are intuitive, high-performing, and aligned with business decision-making needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards with a strong focus on usability and visual storytelling.

• Create executive-level KPI dashboards tailored for C-suite consumption.

• Design mobile-first and responsive dashboards optimized for tablets and smartphones.

• Apply data visualization best practices to present complex data in a simple and actionable manner.

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Grafana and other BI tools.

• Optimize dashboard performance for fast load times and smooth user experience.

• Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to ensure accurate and consistent metrics.

• Implement filters, drill-downs, alerts, and interactivity for better insights.

• Maintain dashboard standards, templates, and documentation.

• Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve dashboard usability and adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI, data visualization, or analytics roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Grafana (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of dashboard design principles and UX best practices.

• Experience building executive and KPI dashboards.

• Ability to design mobile-responsive dashboards.

• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.

• Experience working with data warehouses and semantic layers.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
