Deliver FIJI Water Foundation programmes to all Wonderful employees in Fiji, including:

  • Coordinates the implementation of FWF programmes within the Wonderful businesses in Fiji
  • Supports the implementation of all FWF programmes and initiatives
  • Collaborates with Director of Philanthropy and Manager to support streaming, measurement and analysis of departmental efforts and business unit goals
  • Creates networks across local Wonderful entities and collaborates with HODs for maximum employee participation and programme effectiveness
  • Maintains programme data, analyses programme progress and recommends improvements based on monitoring and evaluation outcomes
  • Diploma in Social Work, Community Development, Business Administration, Public Health, Education, Project Management or a related field
  • 3 years of relevant programme coordination or community development experienc
  • Advanced/Expert in Microsoft office skills
  • Degree in Social Work or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Lean problem-solving tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid full driver’s license (Group 2)
