Job Description :

Programmer Expert High

 - Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team  - Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work - Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions   

Expert 84+ Months

1. 84 months Experience with Oracle 11G writing database object such as stored procedures, functions and cursors using Oracle SQL query optimization. 

2. 84 months Experience implementing business requirements through writing and testing complex PL/SQL. 

3. Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate 

4. 84 months Experience with Object Oriented Analysis, Object Oriented Design (OOAD), Object Oriented Systems and Design (OOSD). 

5. 36 months Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or higher, specifically C# and TFS. 

6. 36 months Experience with Crystal Reports 10 or greater.

7. 36 months Experience using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) frame works. 

8. 36 months Demonstrated experience developing secure applications with HTTPS & SSL. 

9. 36 months Experience working within Public Sector, IT application development projects. 

10. 12 months Experience working on Health-Care related systems development.
