What you’ll do:
The brand-new Cloud Engineering Performance team will ensure Sky Data gets the most from its investment in Cloud Engineering – ensuring the team is happy and functioning well, we operate within our financial parameters and we are able to measure and communicate our successes. As Programme Manager you will be at the heart of defining and delivering the target operating model for Cloud Engineering.
• Develop and own the Cloud Engineering (CE) operating model, including ways of working, R&Rs, internal and external handoffs, planning, multi-skilling and more. Ensure it is kept current and relevant and continuously has full buy-in inside and outside CE
• Write, maintain, and work with colleagues to ensure adherence to the Cloud Engineering Playbooks (including, but not limited to, Comms and Recruitment)
• Own the planning and delivery of internal comms in CE
• Define, agree, deliver and run processes to support our new ways of working in CE, including demand and capacity planning, intra-CE rotation, and new squad development
• With Performance Lead, Planning team and Finance, establish CE headcount and funding position and ensure it is clear and communicable at all times
• Manage and develop an Assistant Programme Manager
What you’ll bring:
• Programme management background or consulting
• Very well-organised with good written and spoken communication skills
• Able to set and communicate a plan and prioritise accordingly
• Adept at communicating to senior and / or large audiences
• Ideally experience of a large change programme
• Experience in a data environment and / or an agile environment a bonus

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
Livingston Watermark House:
Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre. Plus there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
