Program Manager, Operational Projects, MARCUS (English)

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for regional budget, full lifecycle project planning, and execution benchmarks within the campus infrastructure.
• Coordinate and enable local campus leadership teams, ensuring strict alignment and compliance with programmatic charters.
• Partner with regional and MARCUS PMOs to optimize supplier engagement, balance project priorities (E3, MARCUS, HUB, YAWN), and mitigate growth/supplier risks.
• Drive regional operational standardization and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, predictability, and safety.
• Develop robust communication plans, partner with cross-functional teams (DCOps, NICON, FEP, GSO) for resource management, and serve as the central liaison for local stakeholders while ensuring accurate data insights.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.
• 2 years of experience working with technical teams on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects.
  
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client engagement.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience in Data Centers.
