Job Description :

Program Manager JDE

- Expertize in both implementation and support engagements of JDE ERP

- Preferably Strong Supply Chain expertize in JDE ERP

- Must have done 5 to 6 medium to large implementation engagements

- Preferably PMP certified and knows project planning tools like MSPJ etc.,

- To be based in Illinois area USA

- Representing client in the account

- Responsible for growth in JDE projects & customer satisfaction, ensuring good ACSAT for client

- Onsite People management

- Stake holders – external and internal management

- JDE projects P/L management

- Oversee the overall delivery of JDE projects

- Escalation management internal and external

- Running the WSR and MSR and QBR

- On need basis travel to customer locations and build the relation with different business units

- Building good relation with the vertical contacts within client and other related service lines
