The role encompasses strategy development, oversight of key initiatives, monitoring financial and operational performance, and working with the wider leadership team to identify, communicate and implement the strategic roadmap. Works closely with the business along with the functional partners across the firm to achieve these goals.

Leads the development and communication of the business unit strategy. Actively participate and engage with the immediate leadership team and wider business in support of strategic decision making and the delivery of strategic projects.

Major Duties:

Program Lead:

  • Establish team strategy and roadmap
  • Prioritize opportunities based on risk reduction, efficiency gains, and business value.
  • Manage portfolio, and reporting.
  • Champion AI adoption and change management.

Manage Project Intake & Prioritization

  • Opportunity assessment
  • Business case development
  • Risk assessment

Determine and Report Benefits Realization

  • Hours saved
  • Control effectiveness improvements
  • User adoption
  • Risk reduction metrics

Process Optimization Lead

  • Assist in Identification high-volume, repetitive, and control-intensive processes.
  • Conduct process mapping and waste analysis.
  • Quantify benefits and build business cases.
  • Design future-state workflows.
  • Measure realized efficiency gains.

Change Management & Training Lead

  • Develop communications and adoption plans.
  • Create training materials and user guides.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Capture user feedback and enhancement opportunities.
  • Promote AI literacy across the organization.

Develop Key Deliverables:

  • Automation opportunity pipeline
  • AI use case inventory
  • Business case repository
  • Benefits realization dashboard
  • Automation standards and governance framework
  • AI risk assessment methodology
  • Quarterly innovation roadmap
  • Executive reporting and KPI dashboard

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. PowerBI) is required
  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to help determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and help assess and assist in the development of the skills of the staff.
    Requires a college or university degree and/or relevant work experience, excellent organizational and leadership skills in project management that provides knowledge to the functional business
  • Demonstrates excellent experience in change initiatives, covering such areas as operations, IT and product development; with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects and change initiatives
