Job Description

We are the leading provider for Digital Test and Design Validation Solutions. 

These solutions include oscilloscopes, bit error ratio testers, logic and protocol analyzers as well as simulation and automation software.

Our objective is to provide complete test and validation solutions for digital interfaces like USB, PCIe, SATA, SAS, HDMI, MHL, MIPI and various gigabit Ethernet standards etc. for the computer, cloud/datacenter and communication markets. 

This is enabled by ongoing engagement in standardization committees and contributions to defining validation and compliance test standards.

This leadership position is based on strong cross-divisional/departmental alignment. As well as strong interaction with technology leading customers and close loop roadmap alignment among divisions and with customers.

As the Program Manager for our Digital Standards Program, the candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the digital solution planning. This involves the management and further development of the Digital Standards Program and coordination and alignment with the application and product experts in divisions and field. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors or Master Degree in engineering or equivalent.

5+ years of Test & Measurement marketing and/or technical experience

2+ years’ experience as product manager or planner 

Knowledge of computer buses and server designs

Market Segmentation

Domain knowledge of Digital Test and Design Validation in optical and electrical space 

Demonstrated Project Management skills 

Ability to influence cross divisional Plans of Record to provide complete solutions.

Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, influencing, and customer-facing skills 

Solid understanding of the 4 Ps of marketing

Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision making
