Program Manager

The entity provides consulting, technology, services & software products to legal departments & Law firms.

We seek an experienced individual with a keen business acumen, adept at strategizing and executing high-level initiatives. You should be a natural leader, skilled in project coordination and delegation, driven by a passion for enhancing productivity and guiding programs from start to finish.
Key Objectives:
• Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, resources, budget, and timelines.
• Lead and optimize program and project teams, ensuring strong ROI and effective cross-project collaboration.
• Identify essential contributions from cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Manage project budgets responsibly, aligning with business goals.
• Work in tandem with other managers to foresee risks and discover opportunities across various projects.
• Analyze and mitigate program risks, providing regular reports to management and stakeholders.
Experience & skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 8+ years in a program management role with a SaaS Product
• Proven leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in global team collaboration and clear communication.
