Program IT Director

What you will do

Drive Ayming's global business transformation by leading our strategic IT and business program portfolio across multiple countries.

As Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business priorities, harmonizing practices across our international entities and accelerating the execution of Ayming's transformation roadmap.
Lead the execution of Ayming's IT program portfolio (20+ active programs) ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of business and corporate solutions.

Your day-to-day

Strategic Portfolio Leadership

• Coordinate and manage 20+ active IT programs in 2026 across business, corporate, and workspace solutions
• Build the global program planning and ensure consistency with business objectives, constrains and resources
• Harmonize operating models across international subsidiaries.
• Support post-merger integration and alignment.
• Manage cross-program dependencies and risks
• • Align strategic programs across Ayming entities

Business Transformation

• Guarantee program delivery within deadlines, scope, budget, and expected quality
• Manage the team of Program Managers (~10 people)
• Coordinate specification, development, testing, migration, and deployment phases
• Define and maintain the global IT release plan
• Coordinate transformation initiatives across countries.

Executive Governance & Decisions making

• Report to governance bodies (ExCom, SteerCo, Supervisory Committees)
• Harmonize international operations.
•  Increase business value delivery.
•  Strengthen collaboration across countries.
•  Improve execution capability.

• Master's degree in computer science , engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Experience in professional services or consulting industry
• Track record of successful post-merger IT integrations
• Knowledge of the French/European consulting market and multi-country operations
• Background in both custom software development and SaaS application management
