Program Evaluation Consultants

Toppazzini and Lee Consulting (T&L) is a boutique consulting firm located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. T&L specializes in process transformation and optimization in the public sector, health care, manufacturing and financial services. Although our focus is on the utilization of Lean Six Sigma techniques our firm assists clients in other areas such as program evaluation.

We are establishing a pool of qualified program evaluation candidates at the junior, mid and senior level.  This pool is being established to fill future contracting opportunities. 

The applicant must have 2 plus years experience in many, but not all, of the following areas:

• Conducting program evaluations for Canadian Federal and or provincial government;
• Conducting key informative interviews, file reviews, surveys, benchmarking etc;
• Administering, collecting and analyzing data from multiple lines of evidence;
• Establishing evaluation  and results based frameworks;
• Conducting statistical and econometric analysis (not required bu would be considered an asset).

The candidate should have a valid clearance of enhanced or greater issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada.  Secret clearances would be desirable.
