Program Controls Specialist I (m/f/d)

Summary: Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with Integrated project team to develop project plans and create cost baselines. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyse variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the project/program performance impacting one or more site locations. Role Overview: The Program Controls Specialist will be allocated to large and/or multi projects in Europe area, and functionally reports to the Program Controls Manager for Project Controls Centre of Excellence located in Bucharest, working closely with the program and project managers.
