The individual in this role will primarily support students through in-person interactions, phone calls, and live chat. The primary responsibility is to provide clear, accurate, and professional guidance on a range of topics, including the enrollment process, assessment testing, course requirements, advisement and registration, and both credit and non-credit college services.</div><br><div style="text-align: center"><strong>This position will be located on the Midlands Technical College Beltline Campus.</strong></div><undefined>&nbsp;A bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of relevant customer service experience or experience in higher education; or an associate’s degree and three (3) years of relevant customer service experience or experience in higher education; or a high school diploma and five (5) years of relevant customer service experience or experience in higher education.&nbsp;<br></undefined><div style="margin-left: 20px"><undefined>• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to absorb and apply a large volume of procedural information.<br>• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.<br>• Familiarity with clerical duties and data entry processes.<br>• Effective oral and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Capacity to work effectively in a diverse, multi-ethnic, and multicultural environment, engaging with students, faculty, and staff.<br>• Willingness to seek support when needed and apply effective coping strategies.<br>• Collaborative mindset, working well within teams and across departments.<br>• Consistently upholds and maintains high performance standards.<br></undefined></div>
