Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and application support across diagnostic portfolios.
- Deliver customer training, workshops, and educational programs.
- Support method validation, verification, and evaluation.
- Develop educational materials.
- Participate in customer meetings, scientific discussions, and advisory activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Medical Affairs, and Global teams.
- Monitor industry trends, clinical guidelines
- Support scientific events, conferences, and key customer engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Pathology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory operations, or healthcare technologies.
- Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a customer-facing environment.
- English proficiency for regional and global collaboration.
