Perfil de Puesto: Maestro Primaria Bilingüe

Propósito del Puesto

Brindar una educación bilingüe de alta calidad a los estudiantes de tercer año de primaria, promoviendo el desarrollo académico, socioemocional y personal mediante metodologías activas, innovadoras y centradas en el estudiante. La docente será responsable de crear un ambiente de aprendizaje seguro, inclusivo y estimulante que fomente el pensamiento crítico, la creatividad y el amor por el aprendizaje.

Responsabilidades Clave de ISP

  • Planificar, impartir y evaluar clases alineadas con el currículo institucional y los estándares académicos establecidos.
  • Desarrollar experiencias de aprendizaje dinámicas e integradas en inglés, promoviendo la adquisición de competencias lingüísticas y académicas.
  • Adaptar estrategias de enseñanza para responder a las necesidades individuales de los estudiantes.
  • Monitorear el progreso académico y conductual mediante evaluaciones formativas y sumativas.
  • Elaborar informes de progreso y mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva con las familias.
  • Gestionar un ambiente de aula positivo, respetuoso e inclusivo que favorezca el bienestar y el aprendizaje.
  • Integrar herramientas tecnológicas y recursos digitales en el proceso de enseñanza.
  • Participar activamente en reuniones de equipo, capacitaciones, actividades escolares y programas de desarrollo profesional.
  • Colaborar con especialistas, coordinadores y demás docentes para fortalecer el proceso educativo.
  • Cumplir con las políticas institucionales de protección infantil (Safeguarding), salud, seguridad y convivencia escolar.
