RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Follow HSE regulation and rules in daily operation, achieve Goal Zero target.
- Manage the day to day line operations as per the process order. Activities includes, Extruder line start up, Grade changeovers, line stringing, operating machine control panels etc.
- Supervise the manpower plotted on the production lines, including operators and contract workmen
- Be responsible for recording the QMS and EMS formats/records
- Be responsible for attending internal operation training program and keeping record
- Performs the duties of the reliever in the production department.
- Participate RC session Increase reliability KPI and Objective to resolve internal and external quality issue and help to close action plans
Education
CPET/Diploma polymer engineering/technology
Work Experience
Min.2-4 year related experience
Skills & Language
Knowlege of Computer , MS office , SAP
Knowledge of Local Language and English wirtten , Spoken
